Instead, information is made available to Tumblr Inc. and others who have partnered with Quantcast to access or receive this information.

Scorecard is a market research company the asserts it only collects “anonymous” data, and has a data retention period of 3-6 months. Data sharing agreements are not disclosed, though Tumblr Inc. presumable receives some intelligence from these beacons.
